Vienna Music City
Day 1 Arrival to Vienna
Arrival and check in at your chosen hotel. Dinner at your hotel in the evening.
Day 2 Vienna
Start the day with our panoramic theme tour “Music and Composers”. During the tour you will see the magnificent buildings along the Ringstrasse Avenue including the Vienna State Opera as well as other famous buildings such as the Musikverein and Konzerthaus concert halls. Relax during your lunch at Kursalon Palace, the original location of Johann Strauss’ promenade concerts, then continue the tour on foot through the historic heart of the city on the tracks of many great composers who lived and worked in Vienna. The day ends with a visit to the House of Music. Evening at leisure.
Day 3 Vienna
A fascinating walking tour will take you behind the scenes inside the Vienna State Opera. Afterwards we will show you the Hofburg Palace, former imperial winter palace, from the outside. Enjoy lunch in a traditional restaurant in the city centre, then spend the rest of the day exploring Vienna on your own.
In the evening, visit to a classical concert in Vienna (location to be confirmed upon reservation).
