Day 1 Arrival to Vienna
Arrival to Vienna. This evening you will enjoy a relaxing dinner at a “Heuriger” (typical wine tavern) in one of Vienna´s picturesque wine-growing districts. Traditional Austrian delicacies and a glass of wine are your perfect introduction to genuine Viennese lifestyle!
Day 2 Vienna
Start the day with a panoramic sightseeing tour of the city, including the Ringstrasse Avenue with its magnificent buildings, the Prater, the colorful Hundertwasser House and the gardens of Belvedere Palace.
Enjoy a typical Viennese lunch in one of Vienna’s many popular restaurants, then continue by coach to Schönbrunn Palace, once the summer residence of the imperial family. Admire the splendor of bygone days during a guided tour through the state apartments, then watch an apple strudel show in one of the palace buildings. Taste a piece of delicious strudel – probably the most famous Austrian dessert!
This evening, dinner will be reserved for you at Kursalon Palace, the original location of Johann Strauss’ promenade concerts, followed by a memorable concert with the much-loved melodies of Mozart and Strauss.
Day 3 Vienna
In the morning, discover the historic heart of the city during a guided walk. The tour will take you to the colorful Naschmarkt, Vienna’s largest fruit and vegetable market and lately a popular gourmet meeting point with its lively restaurants and trendy bars. Spend the afternoon at leisure, then in the evening say farewell to Vienna over an elegant dinner in one of Vienna’s renowned restaurants.
