Day 1 Welcome to Budapest
Arrival transfer (airport / train station) to your hotel. Accommodation.
Day 2 Budapest City Tour
Breakfast. Panoramic city tour (approx. 4 hours) by car with a private guide. The Danube divides the city into Buda and Pest—and today you’ll get a great feel for both sides. Start in Buda with a stop at Fishermen’s Bastion for sweeping views over the city, the Danube, and the Parliament. Continue to Matthias Church, St. Stephen’s monument, and the Royal Palace. Cross one of Budapest’s bridges into Pest to see highlights such as the Opera House, St. Stephen’s Basilica, the National Museum, and Heroes’ Square.
In the evening, enjoy dinner on a boat: a 3-course menu, live music, and a magical atmosphere on the water with typical Hungarian dishes. (Transfer hotel–port–hotel not included.)
Day 3 Excursion to Szentendre
Breakfast. Excursion to Szentendre (approx. 4 hours) by car with a private guide.
Szentendre is a a small Baroque town built on medieval ruins at the gateway to the Danube Bend—often called the “Artists’ Village” or “Painters’ Town.” You’ll see the historic center with its cobblestoned lanes, Baroque houses, and churches. After the guided tour, you may choose to visit museums (e.g., the Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum or the Confectionery Museum with marzipan figures) or shop for typical Hungarian souvenirs
Day 4 Departure
Breakfast. Departure transfer (airport / train station).
